FEATURES

1. Add Profile:

  • Users have the ability to add different social media profile links, such as Face book and YouTube etc. to extract and compile data dynamically. The information is then presented in a visually engaging manner through a grid layout, keyword cloud, and charts for enhanced analysis and interpretation. This feature enables users to conveniently access and analyzes different social media profiles data through various visualizations, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of their online presence.
  • User will click on “add keyword/profile link.
  • Two options will appear profile crawling and keyword crawling.
  • User will select profile crawling, there user can add new profile links from any social media platform.
  • User can also delete the profile link.
  • The details of that specific link are also visible in this window. For example count and source.

2. Add keyword:

  • With the “Add Keyword” feature, users can input specific keywords and choose the platform (website, YouTube, face book and twitter) from which they wish to retrieve relevant data. Upon execution, the system fetches and organizes the data associated with the specified keyword, presenting it in a user friendly format that includes a grid layout, keyword cloud, and charts.
  • User will click on “add keyword/profile link.
  • Two options will appear profile crawling and keyword crawling.
  • User will select keyword crawling, there user can add new keyword from any social media platform.
  • User can also delete the keyword.
  • The details of that specific keyword are also visible in this window. For example count.
  • User can also edit the platforms. When the user clicks on the “Edit” option associated with a keyword, a pop-up window appears, the popup window prompts the user to select the platforms they wish to. After selecting the desired platforms, the user can confirm their choices within the pop-up window.

3. Grid view:

  • Within the grid feature, users can conveniently explore all posts or videos linked to their selected profiles or keywords in a visually organized grid view. By clicking on the “View Post” button, users are seamlessly redirected to the specific post or video of interest, the content associated with their chosen profiles or keywords.
  • If the user has selected any profile link from profile crawling, the data of that specific link will be seen in the grid.
  • User can check and uncheck the profile links.
  • If user has selected any keyword from keyword crawling similarly only data related to those specific keywords will be shown in the grid.
  • User can also select multiple keywords at a time and data will be shown simultaneously.
  • In the grid, user can view the post by clicking on view post button.
  • User can view the sentiment of the post.
  • User can also delete the posts from the grid.

4. List view:

  • The List View presents data in a structured tabular format, where each row corresponds to a post and its associated details. The first column displays the post, while subsequent columns provide additional information such as title, platform, and sentiment. This organized layout allows users to easily review and analyze postrelated data at a glance, facilitating a comprehensive.
  • When a user chooses a profile link through profile crawling, the List View exclusively displays data pertaining to that selected link.
  • Users have the flexibility to selectively check or uncheck profile links based on their preferences.
  • If a user opts for a specific keyword from keyword crawling, the List View filters and exhibits only the data relevant to the chosen keywords.
  • Users can concurrently select multiple keywords, and the List View will seamlessly showcase data associated with all the selected keywords.
  • Clicking on the thumbnail of a particular post within the list redirects the user directly to that specific post, providing a quick and direct access point to the content of interest.

5. Charts:

  • The Graphs feature offers users a visually organized platform to explore posts or videos associated with their selected profiles or keywords. Through a variety of graph types, users can gain valuable insights from their data. The Sentiment Analysis Graph visualizes sentiment trends, while the Total Record Graph provides an overview of dataset size. Sentiment Bar Chart illustrates sentiment distribution, and the Social Reach Graph offers insights into data engagement and views. Together, these graph types enable users to comprehensively analyze their selected data.
  • If a user selects a profile link/keyword from profile/keyword crawling, the graphs will generate data specific to that link/word.
  • User can also select multiple profiles/keywords at a time and graphs will be generated simultaneously.
  • Users have the option to select different types of graphs for instance platform graph, total record count chart, sentiment analysis graph and etc to view the data.

6. Keyword cloud:

  • The profile or keyword crawler enables users to choose profile links or keywords, triggering data population below upon selection. The keyword cloud dynamically populates with the most frequently used words from the selected profiles or keywords. Clicking on any word in the keyword cloud prompts a pop-up displaying a grid with detailed data related to that frequently used word. Users can conveniently download a report directly from this popup interface.
  • User selects profile links or keywords using the profile or keyword crawler.
  • Data dynamically populates below, showcasing selected profiles or keywords.
  • Keyword cloud forms, highlighting the most frequently used words from the selection.
  • Clicking on a word in the keyword cloud triggers a pop-up.
  • The pop-up displays a grid with detailed data related to the chosen word.
  • Users can easily download a report directly from the pop-up interface.

7. Search filter:

  • User utilizes the search filter option to refine the displayed data by entering specific search queries or keywords. Upon applying the filter, the system retrieves and displays data related to the specified word in the grid.
  • At the top of the screen, user can see the search filter
  • If user wants to see data related to specific word then the user can apply this filter.
  • Upon entering the specific word and clicking the “Apply” button, the system will display the corresponding data to the user in various formats, including grids, graphs, and keyword clouds.

8. Date filter:

  • The Date Filter feature allows users to precisely narrow down the displayed data to specific dates within the grid, charts, and keyword cloud.
  • At the top of the screen, user can see start date and end date filter.
  • If user wants to see data of specific date only, the user can apply date filter.
  • After selecting the start date and end date, the user will click on apply button.

9. Download report:

  • The Download Report feature empowers users to effortlessly download comprehensive data sets directly from the grid, keyword cloud, or charts. This functionality provides users with the flexibility to retrieve and save the information displayed in these visualizations, facilitating seamless offline access, further analysis, or sharing of the acquired data.
  • User will select profile link or keywords from the profile crawling or keyword crawling.
  • If the user opens the grid, he can download the report only for grid.
  • Similarly if user opens keyword cloud, the user can download report for keyword cloud only.
  • When user will click on download report, first the report will be generated and then downloaded.
